Legal frameworks

The Sustainable Cocoa Programme presents the following tools that can support supply chain stakeholders in unpacking the legality criterion of the EUDR. They include several national legality due diligence tools developed through multistakeholder processes, which contribute to creating an enabling framework for sustainability in the cocoa sector.
